Learn to Knit Socks! ~ July 11, 18, 25 ~ 3-5:30pm

Always wanted to knit a sock? This beginning sock class will provide you with the knowledge and skill you need to whip up something special and then go wild with more and more socks.

You will Learn:

  • Knit in the round
  • Heel flap heel with a gusset
  • How to create a toe

We have several toe and heel options available to explore.

    Skills needed: Knit and Purl; Decrease

    Supplies List
    100 grams of DK weight yarn wound before class

    Needles
    US 3/3.25mm
    Minimum 40 inch cable

    Notions
    Stitch marker
    Tapestry needle for weaving in ends

    Gauge
    Approx 7 sts per inch in stockinette.

      Please bring your materials ready to work at the beginning of class time.  If you need materials, all are available for purchase at the store.
